Description Students will explore the nature and complexity of organisations and how organisations adapt and react to planned and unplanned change. You will consider specific features of organisations, including culture, politics and change processes. You will engage with change management used by organisations to introduce and manage change processes. Approaches to innovation and eLearning will be discussed. The module approach will center on questioning, discussion, enquiry, group work and presentations. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
