Reflective Case Study
Description

Students who complete this module will be able to identify the connection between an individual's wellbeing in education and his/her societal context. Arising from their reflective practice they will be able to create innovative approaches to develop educational practice.

Learning Outcomes

1. identify traditional and alternative concepts of kinship and belonging.
2. analyse the impact of a person's integration into society on his/her performance in school.
3. identify the characteristics of specific generational trends and how these apply to educational attainment.
4. consider the role of diversity in society and how these impact on an individual's wellbeing
5. engage in case study research to expand their practice and improve their professional context
