Module Aims
To help the students to: (1) develop their understanding of strategy concepts and their application to real-life. (2) provide a framework to integrate their knowledge of the various business disciplines. (3) develop their skills in business analysis, strategic thinking and teamwork.

Learning Outcomes
This module will help students to develop and enhance their strategic and critical thinking, and their communication, interpersonal and information management skills, through a variety of methods, for example: through group case analysis, case discussion, or business simulation. Students will also develop a detailed understanding of the theoretical concepts and analytical tools of strategic management.
