Module Aims
|
To help the students to:
(1) develop their understanding of strategy concepts and their application to real-life.
(2) provide a framework to integrate their knowledge of the various business disciplines.
(3) develop their skills in business analysis, strategic thinking and teamwork.

Learning Outcomes
|
This module will help students to develop and enhance their strategic and critical thinking, and their communication, interpersonal and information management skills, through a variety of methods, for example: through group case analysis, case discussion, or business simulation.
Students will also develop a detailed understanding of the theoretical concepts and analytical tools of strategic management.
