To enable participants to:

Indicative Syllabus

The dynamics of policy formulation. Strategic planning at an institutional level with a particular focus on decision making, Budgeting and Budgetary control: control in organisations, preparation of budgets, performance reports. Industrial relations: conflict resolution.
