To enable participants to : Draw on the reflective insights and skills imparted by the programme to carry out a systematic research project Integrate the learning on the programme in an effective way by undertaking a research project of professional and institutional relevance

Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to: Collect, analyse and present research findings in a form to facilitate reflective evaluation Evaluate management performance and formulate proposals for more effective management action
