Module Aims
To provide students with a firm understanding of the substantive issues addressed by organisational psychology in modern organisational life.

Learning Outcomes
7 Students should develop an understanding and insight into the perspectives and applications of psychological theory in work and organisational settings. 7 Much of class work will involve group discussion and problem solving. 7 Due to course content and teaching methodology, students will develop the ability to research, diagnose and prescribe solutions to perceived organisational difficulties.
