Module Aims
|
To provide students with a firm understanding of the substantive issues addressed by organisational psychology in modern organisational life.

Learning Outcomes
|
7 Students should develop an understanding and insight into the perspectives and applications of psychological theory in work and organisational settings.7 Much of class work will involve group discussion and problem solving.7 Due to course content and teaching methodology, students will develop the ability to research, diagnose and prescribe solutions to perceived organisational difficulties.
