Description This module is designed to give students an introduction to the basic concept of bioprocessing and to provide students with training in a variety of skills required to study and work in a modern scientific environment. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Learning Outcomes 1. Describe the role of the bioprocess engineer in the bioprocessing industries 2. Explain what is meant by the scientific method 3. Write a short article in the style of scientific writing 4. Access and retrieve peer-reviewed scientific publications 5. Prepare and deliver an oral presentation on a scientific topic 6.
