This module focuses provides an introduction to the concepts and practices of designing and developing multimedia courseware for education.

Having successfully completed this module, students will be able:
. use the features of software applications to create multimedia artefact
. apply the technique of storyboarding to the planning and design of multimedia artefact
. create multimedia artefact for use in educational context
. understand the significance of an immense opportunity for multimedia development in education
. make use of online learning journals to account for own learning and educational development
